Tem's Houses
Vanilla styled interior overhaul for the home of Whiterun's most beautiful woman, or so they say. The mod has two versions available, one version for users that do not use Lux and another for Lux users, only use ONE version; both versions are ESL flagged and won't take up a valuable ESP slot in your load order.
All the assets used are from the vanilla basegame and looks may vary depending on what texture mods you may have installed.
Carlotta Valentia's House
Carlotta Valentia, supposedly the most beautiful and sought after woman in all of Whiterun some would claim, although perhaps for a lack of choice. Despite living in one of the better homes in Whiterun, the home felt out of place with much under utilised space that could be put to better use. The two things that matter most to Carlotta is her daughter, and selling produce, although who knows which one is more important..
To better reflect and use the space that is available in Carlotta's home I have relocated her daughter's bedroom, Mila to a whole new room on the expanded second floor of the house. Carlotta's bedroom remains in the same location, although the room has been slightly re-arranged to accommodate the new fireplace chimney for the entry room which has been totally overhauled.
The entry room through the front door has had a wooden floor put in place and the floor has been raised from a dirty dirt room to a nice, clean wooden floor. The addition of a new fireplace and small kitchen/cooking are has been added with various clutter to reflect that; furthermore many crates and sacks have been added to better represent Carlotta's position as being the primary seller of fresh produce in Whiterun.
Continuing into the next room, where there was formerly the main dining table and Mila's bedroom off to the side, the staircase has been relocated to accommodate a larger second floor space, Mila's former bedroom space has been turned into a small hall section with some clutter. The main part of the room has now become a cozy living space with a second fireplace and small counter for wines and silverare.
The newly expanded second floor now includes a new bedroom for Mila above where her bedroom formerly was, the door right next to Carlotta's bedroom door. Formerly there was a small seating area on the walkway to Carlotta's bedroom, which has been moved to a much better position and overall totally re-arranged the upper floor layout.
