Tem's Houses
Vanilla overhaul of the Lord of Rorikstead's home, Rorik Manor. The mod is ESL flagged as usual so it won't take up a good ole' ESP slot, the optional Lux patch is also ESL flagged; although it only makes some very minor edits, you'd probably not even notice if you didn't have it. No custom textures or meshes so your setup may vary how it looks.
Rorik Manor
Rorik, during his time in the Imperial Army fighting in the Great War purchased much of the land that now compromises Rorikstead, leading to his status as the de facto Lord of Rorikstead. Rorik would return to his new lands with Jouane Manette, a Breton who saved his life during the Great War and his friend.
However the layout of the home made... little sense. For one the placement of the "bedrooms" or rather bedspaces was very open - Roriks bed and Jouane's were facing each other; wouldn't it make sense for them to have some degree of privacy? So I placed dividing walls within the home to give them separate bedrooms. Roriks remains in the same location however I relocated Jouane's bed to the far side of the home with his own small room. The bar in the home was also relocated to be within the main living space and by the dining table where it should've been from the beginning really, and as always more clutter has been added to the home.
