Lootable Crates in Skyrim

Ever wondered why you can’t loot crates in Skyrim? This mod makes it possible. It’s a rebuilt and expanded version of my original Skyrim mod, now covering all DLCs.

How This Version Differs from the Original

Completely rewritten to convert all vanilla crates into containers, including DLC worldspaces and cells.

No wild edits, ITMs, or deleted references.

Forwarded changes from USSEP and all DLCs for compatibility.

Removed leveled list changes on furniture (other mods already handle this).

What Stayed the Same

Retains the leveled list from the original version (with small tweaks for balance, e.g., lockpick chances).

Design Philosophy

Keeps the vanilla feel by avoiding overpowered loot.

Items added to crates are chosen logically:

Small crates won’t contain oversized items like hammers.

Large crates have a chance to hold bigger items such as weapons or pelts.
