Syncs the speed of kNVSE reload and equip/unequip animations to vanilla animations, ESPless.

This is something I made a while back when testing out new kNVSE functions. I originally wanted to wait until the next kNVSE update first, but I think it's good enough for a release even now, so why not.
Animation packs are sort of essential these days, but good number of reload animations tend to be on the slower side. For people who aren't meta gamers and running with Rapid Reload and high AGL, it can get painfully slow for some of the weapons.
It's like anything else, the graphics and animations are only really cool the first couple of times you see it. Once the novelty wears off, if it comes down to it, most people would probably choose function over everything. I reckon the slow reload animations might actually have an opposite effect a lot of times. Instead of keeping people in 1st person, they actually push people to go into 3rd person more, just so they don't have to sit through the long animations every single time. Which is a shame, because a lot of them are very well made.
With Vanilla Reload Syncer, you can get rid of these gameplay changes and play as you normally would in 1st person. VRS syncs the longer 1st person reloads to Vanilla animations. The amount of shift in speed is adjustable. By default, this is set to 80%, which is a good balance between function and preserving animation quality. Anywhere between 50% to 80% is good.
Equip and unequip animations can also be synced to Vanilla but this is off by default.
Hopefully, this makes everybody's life a little bit easier.

Edit the file "kNVSE Vanilla Reload Syncer\Config\VRS_Config.ini".
Limitations
The mod doesn't work on reload animations that load one ammo at a time, such as the .357 revolver.
