New replacer set clothes of certain innkeepers and women, female only.



Only way to obtain the dresses are console commands, Additemmenu or to kill the NPCs wearing them.



No HDT-SMP, Permissions are open so feel free to make a patch. Female uses CBBE Curvy. 4 colour options.


Grey - Hulda & Haran


Red - Evette San & Haelga


Green - Frabbi & Valga Vinicia


Blue - Eydis & Elda

Download only one version of the mod! Read the requirements of this mod!


If manually installing via Mod Organiser 2:

  1. Download mod
  2. Open MO2
  3. Select the disc icon in the top left corner (Install a new mod from an archive)
  4. Select ProprietorDress.zip
  5. Enable the mod in your mod list
