Sarethi Farm, established by the Sarethis moving to Skyrim after the Eruption of Red Mountain, now decades later inhabited by their children - the two Sarethi sisters, Avrusa and Aduri. Much like many farms of Skyrim, they cultivate common fare - such as potatoes, gourds and raise some chickens; however, what separates Sarethi farm as unique is the odd crop - Nirnroot.
Avrusa Sarethi, having a connection to master alchemist Sinderion, having studied under him as an apprentice in Skingrad lead to the appearance of Sinderion at the farm many years later, as he needed a place to establish his field research lab in Skyrim - and what better place than the home of his former apprentice?

My mod fixes the inconsistency with the fireplace and the exterior building mesh, so now there's a properly located hearth for the home, new dividing walls have been added to separate the basement entrance from the living space and bedroom. There has been various furniture added to both the living space, overhauled kitchen and bedroom - including some of the Dragonborn DLC's Dunmer furniture pieces, why wouldn't a family migrating from Morrowind try to recreate some feeling of home?
The basement has been re-ordered and lots of new clutter has been added, fleshing out the space as its used as farming storage, along with a much more fleshed out alchemy station still in use in the basement. Of course, many new goodies to steal and loot for the criminally minded players.
