The Empire's reign has spanned hundreds of years across Tamriel with Skyrim being no exception to their reach. All across the province, old and abandoned Imperial fortresses and castles litter the landscape. Laying dormant and in disrepair for multiple centuries, the passage of time shows on the worn down and jagged stone shielding the forts from the climates of Skyrim. Inside, the well constructed and sturdy style of the Empire can be seen throughout. Forts of the Old Empire attempts to give a modest, visually interesting, and lore friendly aesthetic on Imperial forts that takes inspiration both from older Elder Scrolls titles, and various other references such as concept art, and roman architecture. Available in 1k, 2k, and 4k. Parallax options available.
Comptible with anything that doesn't attempt to replace the exact same textures this mod covers.

Instructions
Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder,
and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, install
directly through Mod Organizer 2.
It is recommended to regenerate your LOD with DynDOLOD or XLODGen
