This is the red quill cursor found within the Dear Diary mod, but standalone. No need for the entire mod, just install this and place it below your other HUD/UI mods for desired effect.

Instructions

Download and overwrite all your UI mods that have anything with a CURSOR, or optionally hide them all. Either way, let this file win.
