Well, 3BFTweaks changed boethiah champion's outfit, so I add ebony mail as death item to Rudin.

Also added light armor perk to champion since champion outfit is changed to light armor.

Buffed Mia, who hunt you if Boethiah found u unworthy. Stronger than Rudin, otherwise makes no point for the hunt imo.
