Ayleriel is a multiple adoption friendly player home near Castle Volkihar. I made the house for my altmer character who has a backstory of being the descendant of both the snowelves and the dwemer. So the style of the home is somewhat a combination of snowelf, dwemer and nord stuff.
Features inside: a master bedroom with double bed, Shrine of Auriel, alchemy table, arcane enchanter, a child room with six children's beds, a kitchen with two cooking spots and an oven, several safe containers and a cellar with all smithing stuff and a woodchopping block.
Features outside: two benches on the balcony-like thing (which is there to prevent the kids from falling down the cliff and dying) and a fire brazier to warm yourself in the cold winter weather. The things are static and the house is fully navmeshed inside and outside.
Requires all Skyrim DLCs.
