Climates Revised aims to enhanced the vanilla weather experience by redistributing weather chances across all existing regions, in addition to adding new weather chances to regions that didn't have them. An effort has been made to adhere to regions inferred climates while utilizing weather pools that feel lightly diverse from region to region. As an addendum, Kvatch and Gnoll have had their singular specific weathers wiped in favor of the overarching weather pools. Below is a general idea of what you can expect with this mod. This should be considered a simple 'vanilla plus' weather mod that enhances what is present in the base game rather than adding anything extravagant or new.

Sitting in the heart of Cyrodiil is a region appropriately known as the Heartlands. It is the joining place to many of the provinces climates, located between wet marshes, moody highlands, cold mountains, moderate forests, and diverse valleys. For the most part, much like it's neighbouring regions, the Heartlands experiences pleasant weather and rarely sees rain.

Deep within Cyrodiils marshes, Blackwood is wet, miserable, and dreary. If it isn't mucky and rainy, then it's overcast and cloudy. Sun only rarely breaks through clouds above and past the canopy of trees that block out the sky. This area being situated between humid marsh and hot desert means the most inclement and stormy of conditions are at the forefront.
