Adds Jespar's gear from Enderal.

This is a very lightweight set of 2 pieces of armor from Enderal, the Jespar Set.

- Light Armor

- Requires Steel Smithing perk

- Temperable and upgradable

- Will work with both Survival Mode and Frostfall(albeit, you'll want to put a cloak on, some gloves and a a hood too)

- Also can be enchanted(whatever goes on the chest piece and boots only)
