If you are unfamiliar with Requiem, it is essentially THE premier roleplaying overhaul for Skyrim. You'll hear a lot of Requiem users say they no longer play Skyrim, they play Requiem. And there's good reason for that - Requiem completely transforms the game into a fresh and exciting experience. Once you play Requiem, it's hard to go back to anything else. Well, Transcendence aims to be that, but for New Vegas.
Transcendence changes or reworks nearly every mechanic in the game with the goal of decentralizing the world from the player and creating a more realistic, consistent, exciting, and rewarding roleplaying experience. Navigating the wasteland will require diligent planning and tactical execution if you wish to survive. Explore new avenues for character builds and development, varied gameplay, and an experience that is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat throughout.
So exactly what changes are made ? Well, thousands and thousands of records have been painstakingly combed through by hand and changed. To simplify things, I'll break it down into categories - click each link to be taken to a page cataloguing the changes.

Instructions
Being such a large scale overhaul, Transcendence is going to be incompatible with other gameplay overhauls. Many mods like likely need patching due to the sheer scope of things. Even mods that don't directly conflict will likely need some sort of consistency patching, such as altering the values of items or de-leveling NPCs/leveled lists. I HIGHLY recommend playing with a relatively light load order with this mod, as with Requiem. This mod has a very delicate balance and could easily be disrupted by combining with other gameplay mods, such as bullet time or sprint. Please give this mod a try on its own before adding anything else!

Alternate Start with Delayed Main Quest - HIGHLY recommended, a patch is provided.
Permadeath - Not necessarily a mod, but a playstyle I highly recommend trying - especially with alternate start!

B42 Recoil, or your choice of recoil mod - This mod is balanced around some form of recoil mod, highly recommended. No patch needed for any recoil mod.
Radiant Infinium - Endless Questing Framework - A great roleplay mod and a good way to earn caps/XP early on. No patch needed.
Simple Currencies - Great economy/immersion mod, patch provided.
Fatigue Overhaul + FatigueHUD - Adds great alternative playstyle type, patch provided.
Simple Player Home Crafting Stations - No patch needed.
Mojave Scenery Overhaul - Just a great mod, but as far as synergy with this mod, it adds effects to all muck pools that pair well with this mod's radiation changes. No patch needed.
