First Person Camera Height Fix

This is a very simple SKSE plugin implementation similar to "First Person Camera Height Fix" or similar mods. 

There is, what I would consider a bug, in the vanilla game where your first person scale does not change to match your third person scale.

This can result in some pretty jarring mismatch between how tall/short you should be in first person, and how tall/short you are.

First Person Height Fix SKSE will ensure that your first person scale matches third person scale so you are the correct height.

Supports Skyrim Special Edition versions: 1.6.1170 (also known as AE) and 1.5.97 (Also known as SE)
