This guard is part of one of the Legacy questlines and is supposed to give you a quest hint. He does this job perfectly.
However after the quest is complete he is still there and every time you walk past he will try and talk to you.
This means if you have any mods that add dialogue to all NPCs it will force you into dialogue with him.
All this patch does is edit the package to check if the quest isn't actually complete and if it is: stop him trying to talk to you.
Replaces Au Ra F /hmm and /consider with Miqote F version. Toggle options for standing and sitting variants included.
Just Pinko's mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/116428) with cleaned up audio to not have the music in the background.
