Fixes many emotes missing facial expressions and a few that did not work like sitting /goodbye

TO BE CLEAR:
This enables Miqo'te female emotes on Au'ra Female characters
Permissions: do what you like, I don't own anything.
Replaces Au Ra F /hmm and /consider with Miqote F version. Toggle options for standing and sitting variants included.
Just Pinko's mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/116428) with cleaned up audio to not have the music in the background.
