draqqable pointed out in my last mod that Lu'ah Al-Skaven 's voice could use some attention. You'll hear Lu'ah as you traverse the Ansilvund dungeon. She magically projects her voice to you as she raises undead to halt your progress. The problem? There aren't any effects to her disembodied voice lines so it sounds like a normal npc is in the same room speaking to you. This mod fixes that by adding some filters to the voice (after some minor audio cleaning) this way she sounds more ethereal until you reach her chambers for a final boss fight. This mod is similar to my Ghostly Helgi Voice, Hrothmund the Red Enhanced Voice, and Hermaeus Mora - Voice Renewal mods.
This mod is simple loose audio files in .fuz format. Ensure it loads after any other mods that may alter these. No ESP, safe to add or remove at any time. As of the release date of this mod, the only other mod that touches these audio files is the Unofficial High Definition Audio Project so make sure this loads after that.
