After my entire Skyrim install blew up I decided to just start from scratch using "The Method." This page is for things that aren't patches that allow two mods to work together but rather additional plugins to tweak/fix things or plugin replacers. It also doubles as a place to condense my mod pages for little stuff.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ADD THESE MODS TO A NEW GAME. To quote robertgk2017 "Modding is illegal post character start." Adding these mods to a game in progress is neither recommended nor supported.
These patches require BEES to function properly on older game versions.

Alternate Perspective - Alternate Start - If you use a mod that gives your deer skulls antlers, such as Dynamic Things Alternative - Base Object Swapper, the altners in the starting room can clip into the wall so I disabled the skull. I tired to move it but there really wasn't an angle I was happy with that wouldn't involve me needing to make patches for this plugin so here we are.
Ayleid Crystal Saber - I found it weird that you can only open this chest if you find the key for it. Ostensibly this is fun but I wanted an alternative route so I made the lock on the chest pickable. The chest will still open with the key of course.
CotN- Falkreath Addon- Minotaur Trophy - If you look at the minotaur head from the wrong angle you can see straight through the mesh so I pushed it back further into the wall.
COTN Winterhold - Due to the landscape changes in this mod, there are some floating icicles and rubble in the gorge between the city and the college. This plugin will disable the floating icicles and move the rubble so it is no longer randomly floating out of the ground. I sent these changes to JPSteel2 so hopefully this gets fixed in the base mod at some point.
Giants Overhaul- Mihail Monsters and Animals - Makes it so the giants as well as the giant children all drop 2 giant toe ingredients. Please note that this mod touches the deathitemgiant record so any mod that also modifies that record will need to be patched. This change will also be overridded by a bashed patch so best practice would be to double check in xedit.
Grand Solitude - The Walls of High King Erling - disable the cages that unjustly imprison the most noble chickens in the town square of Grand Solitude so that they may roam free as all chickens should! Depending on the set up this might actually be a legitimate optimization. A friend of mine said it reduced drawcalls by 2k on their setup so this might actually be useful and not just a joke. Who knew? Shout out to iyreshot who off handily mentioned that this being a good idea on stream. Go check their stuff out!
Interesting NPCs - Godrod worships the ground Ulfric walks on. He also thinks that Ulfric is literally Talos so I thought it seemed appropriate for him to have an amulet.
Ivarstead Bridge - A Tiny Northern Roads Edit - An ESPFE that disables a floating shield caused by this mod being built against an older version of Northern Roads.
GG's Impoverished Whiterun - For the Capital Whiterun Patch . Lowers a floating floor board outside of the Hall of The Dead and covers a black plane with a wood panel behind the guardhouse at the entrance of Whiterun.
Giant Crab Shells- Mihail's Shards of Immersion - Mihail made a cool mod with some giant crab shells. Unfortunely, these giant shells directly intersect navmesh so NPCs will just walk into them. I added navcut boxes to them so that will no longer happen.
Requiem of The Brotherhood (MOD JAM VERSION) - This mod has some overlapping occlusion planes inside interior cells that can cause crashes. I just moved the planes around so they are no longer overlapping and added some new planes to compensate for those that I moved.
Ryn's Bleakwind Basin - Ryn added a giant boss to the location who drops no loot. I gave him the same inventory that other giants have. It is possible this change gets overwritten by a bashed patch so best practice is to double check in xedit.
Ryn's Mistwatch Folly - I disabled the two floating pieces of rubble. If you're using Ryn's Mistwatch Folly - Tower Consistency my plugin needs to load after it.
Ryn's Whiterun CIty Limits - There is a hole in a rock so I did what any self respecting level designer would do and stuck a rock in it
Tales of Skyrim - Berserkyr - disables the werebear at the alchemist shack. This is nice if you have a mod that adds npcs to the shack such as 3DNPCs or ezPG

A:I'm lazy and don't want to.
Q:Do these plugins work with my game version?
A:They should, but best practice is to use BEES.
Q:Do you take requests?
A:My primary reason for making tweaks like these is personal use but if I can make it quickly or you can convince me I need it for myself, I'll consider it.
Q:You haven't had any recent activity on GGmods and I need to get a hold of you, how can I do that?
A:@ChickenMike in either Ryn, or Janquel's discords and I should see it. I'm also in a bunch of other discords, but I check those two the most regularly.
Q:Why are you missing so many screenshots?
A:I'm lazy and taking screenshots is super tedious and I hate it.
Q:What is ChickenMike's Chickens?
A:It changes the name of all the chickens in the game to ChickenMike
