Ivy's Riften Docks Overhaul
In collaboration with MissileMann, this mod gives the Riften Docks a lightweight and dynamic overhaul. After completing the Supply and Demand quest, the docks will be repaired after 7 days, and a fisherman named Lewin will set up a small open-stall restaurant by the water. It’s a simple, performance-friendly addition that also connects both sides of the river — no more swimming across just to get around.

You can now see the docks from inside the city. The left side of the docks, which used to be completely empty, has also been rebuilt.
Performance:
It uses custom dock meshes made by MissileMann and optimized by yours truly :P. Performance impact on my system is practically nonexistent—but your mileage may vary.
