This apartment in the Well isn't as spacious or glamorous as the Mercury Penthouse, but it is has a home nonetheless! For this one, I tried to go with a theme that made the place look like someone who likes to tinker lives there.
To unlock it, purchase it from Zora Sangweni in New Atlantis at World View!
You must first finish the "Friends Like These" mission from the UC Vanguard quest line to be able to purchase it.

It is not possible to move or remove any of the placed furniture and decorations!
- Lots of static clutter and decorations
- 1x Storage Crate with 1250 capacity
- 3x Weapon Racks
- 1x Pistol Case
- 3x Ammo Cases
- 1x Clooer
- Custom Fridge Inventory
- 2x Mannequins for Spacesuits/Clothing
- Can be swapped between Female and Male via a button next to it!
- All workbenches except the Pharmaceutical Lab. I couldn't find a good place to put it without looking out of place
- All inventories are connected to any workbenches, allowing for use of their inventories while crafting

Instructions
Before you install this mod, make sure you remove all placed objects and clear any inventories in the apartment!
I recommend using a Mod Manager like MO2 or Vortex.
If you install manually:
- Download and unpack the file
- Place DWN_TheWellApartmentFurnished - Main.ba2 and DWN_TheWellApartmentFurnished.esm into your Starfield/Data folder
- Start the game, head to the Creations menu and activate the mod under Load Order
