Ship Power Control Tweaks Mod

Swap between multiple preconfigured power presets, or customize your own.

Adds support for up to 3 custom power presets.

Includes 5 additional dynamic power presets based around different use cases.

Set a default power preset to be used when entering your ship or loading a save.

Fixes some vanilla bugs with crew power bonus calculations.

Configurable via the ShipPowerControlTweaks.ini:

KEYBINDS

This mod utilizes whatever in-game Quick-Key keybinds you have setup.

Set what function a Quick-Key is bound to in the included INI file.

Power System Controls (Default)

Quick-Key 1 = Select Weapon 1

Quick-Key 2 = Select Weapon 2

Quick-Key 3 = Select Weapon 3

Quick-Key 4 = Select Engine

Quick-Key 5 = Select Shields

Quick-Key 6 = Select Grav-Drive

Power Preset Controls (Default)

Quick-Key 7 = Custom Power Presets

Quick-Key 8 = Combat Power Preset (Alt)

Quick-Key 9 = Combat Power Preset (Split)

Quick-Key 10 = Balanced Power Preset

Quick-Key 11 = Escape Power Preset

Quick-Key 12 = Stealth Power Preset

Custom Power Presets

Sets system power to the values specified in ShipPowerControlTweaks.ini.

Tap Quick-Key to switch between the 3 custom presets.

Note: This INI can be configured while the game is running, just reload a save after changes are made.

Combat Power Preset (Standard)

Prioritizes power in an individual weapon system, tap Quick-Key to switch which weapon is prioritized.

Balances remaining power across all systems.

Keeps at least 1 power in Grav-Drive.

This preset is used as a fallback if all custom presets are disabled.

Combat Power Preset (Alt)

Prioritizes power in an individual weapon system, tap Quick-Key to switch which weapon is prioritized.

Prioritizes remaining power in Shields, Engines, and remaining weapons in that order.

Keeps at least 1 power in Grav-Drive.

Combat Power Preset (Spilt)

Prioritizes power in 2 weapon systems, tap Quick-Key to switch which 2 weapons are prioritized.

Prioritizes remaining power in Shields, Engines, and remaining weapon in that order.

Keeps at least 1 power in Grav-Drive.

Balanced Power Preset

Balances available power across all systems, keeping at least 1 power in Grav-Drive

Escape Power Preset

Prioritizes power in Grav-Drive, Shields, and Engines, in that order.

Remaining power is balanced across Weapons.

Stealth Power Preset

Powers down all systems keeping a single point in Engines.

Installs like any other mod, manually or using a mod manager.
