Just like the Mercury Penthouse - Redone, I sat down and overhauled this older mod of mine to bring it up to my current standards!
I stuck to the original vision I had with the Core Residence and simply improved upon it by adjusting lighting, adding more clutter, details and all the interactive objects my newer home mods have.
The bedroom and workshop space have also been made bigger over the original version.
To unlock it, purchase it from Ngodup Tate in Akila City! He is standing right in front of the house.

- Fully furnished Core Residence
- You can still place down your own objects and decorations via the build menu
- All decorations and clutter are static
- Lots of interactive objects like a shower, mirrors, stereo, coffee machine and more
- Each room has a working light switch
- Mannequins can be swapped between female and male by looking and interacting with them
- Multiple storage containers scattered around, each providing 250 or more capacity
- All storage objects are safe to use and are linked to all the workbenches to allow using their contents for crafting
- Companions can walk around just fine and interact with the home
- A hidden small alcove in the bedroom, can be accessed by pressing the button on the bedroom desk
