Instructions
Enable Archive Invalidation.
Download and install Plugins.txt Enabler.
place mod to Starfield/data folder.
Under AppData\Local\Starfield folder, Open Plugins.txt (if it doesn't exist, create from new .txt file).
Add *Easy UCSim.esm to final line into Plugins.txt
