You will need to go to the lodge greenhouse and to approach the corner of the building, it's a bit hidden but once you looked in the plants you will find the BigBangTheoryofDeath gun, you will than be able to have a op gun that is fun to use. It use 11mm so feel free to spend ammunition on it!.

You will need to unzip folder into the content of starfield folder
