Based on one of my favourite fairy tales, Prince Lindworm.
Lindworm Monster
Adds in the Lindworm to the skull caverns. The Lindworm also has a prince variant that sometimes drops its crown for you to wear. The Lindworms are slightly stronger than the Pepper Rex and behave in the same way, though they have their unique drops.
Lindworm drops:
- Bug meat
- Lindworm egg
- Large milk
- Gold bar
- Garlic
Coop Animal
You can put the Lindworm egg into the incubator in the coop to hatch your very own Lindworm. It will take 10 days to mature and 3 days to produce, and produces by dropping items on the ground (like chickens).
Lindworm Produce:
- Lindworm egg
- Milk
- Large Milk
- Gold ore
- Gold bar
I've added some references to the fairy tale to the mod, hopefully they're noticeable!
For those who want to know the references without reading a fairy tale and extensively playing a mod:
- Lindworm drops garlic because in one version of the fairy tale the Lindworm is born because the Queen ate an unpeeled onion
- Lindworm drops/produces milk because the farm girl bathes the Lindworm in milk as a step in the process to turn the Lindworm human
- The Lindworm hatching text is a reference to how the Lindworm slithers out of the room after its born
Instructions
Unzip the mod and move it into the mods folder. Make sure to download Custom Monsters!
