This mod disables masterstrikes for NPCs:
Effect: Sets NPC masterstrike probabilities and windows to 0.
Compatibility: Should work with nearly all mods; ensure it is loaded last.
Note: If an NPC still attempts a masterstrike, something else may be interfering.
This was necessary because the game’s masterstrike mechanics are too hardcoded to modify in a more nuanced way.
