This mod removes the influence of attributes and skills on weapon performance:
Attributes affected: Strength, Agility, etc.
Skills affected: Weapon proficiency differences no longer modify damage or attack speed.
Scope: Applies to both player characters and enemies.
Effectively, all weapons deal their base damage at their base speed, creating a uniform combat experience.
