Remove Ice Skating Combat Mod

This mod removes all position adjustment actions from perfect block and riposte animations.

Effect: Polearms become extremely strong, as many ripostes will no longer reach you.

Compatibility: Works with Weapon Balance Overhaul (load this mod last).

Incompatibility: Conflicts with any other mods that edit ADB animation files.

Notes: This is an iterative work-in-progress; redoing animations is complex, so expect updates.
