What this mod does is, essentially, turns the FNV damage settings into something more like Metro's.
Changes:
*Easy and Very Easy make it so both you and enemies deal less damage, although you deal more damage than them. This might be "spongy" for some people, but oh well, para gustos, colores.
*Neutral is completely unchanged from vanilla.
*Hard and especially Very Hard make it so everyone's a glass cannon. Even though you deal slightly less damage than your enemies, it's still a lot, and combat is unlikely to last long.
Also, in the optional files, there's a modified, more forgiving version of darthbdaman's Threshold mod. (I set DT bleedthrough to be 10% instead of 1%, as 1% makes several early game encounters obnoxiously hard. (Looking at you Radscorpions))
