Consistent Pip-Boy Icons v5 - Perks (WIP) Mod

This is a Work In Progress, Pre-Release version of v5 Perks.

This release includes 78 Icons out of around 200 icons planned.

The full release of V5 Perks will include every Perk Icon in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, along with its DLC's.

It's considered "Beta", as some of the assets may get additional polishing.

Featuring:

1. Over 200 78 hand drawn Icons.
2. New Details! Some icons have also been majorly overhauled as an attempt to make them more interesting. Better Healing for instance is a remix between the classical vault boy icon and the New Vegas equivalent. Concentrated Fire now has VATS-like parody... and much more!
3. No AI BS. Just honest crunch, overtime, underpayment, insecure employment, restless sleep and tight deadlines. The way it is supposed to be.
4. Higher fidelity!
5. v5 Standard! Which means: Perfect Alignment, one Vault Boy Design, one Vault Girl Design, and consistency in minor details.
6. All the expected fixes from previous Consistent Pip-Boy Icons! No more unwanted backgrounds, inconsistent coloration, inconsistent sizes of vault boy, unwanted noise, and etc.
