What does this do? It reimplements Honest Hearts' rain script (used by some weather mods) for it to work even under certain altitude. Original script checked for Z location and disabled the rain effect if under that coordinate. Changed that for the script to work at ANY altitude. Also, it includes a workaround to make the script work, even with mods that disable it when not in Zion such as YUP . Due to the way the new script is made, it requires JIP LN.

Rain Tweaks (Update)
Fixed issue where the rain sounds did not play. Smooth transition when changing view included, increased performance, among others. This only modifies the rain itself, if you want to use the rain outside of Zion, you'll still need the main file.
Honest Hearts Rain Script Fix and Tweaks
Just load the ESP. It requires JIP LN, NVSE, and, obviously, Honest Hearts. Updated to avoid running the script unnecesarily.
