Overview:
This esp-free file simply calibrates the level requirements of all the perks in your game to a proportion appropriate for the max level in your game, no matter what is altering it.
It works by recording the initial level requirement of each perk, assessing what the highest level requirement is, then assigning a proportional level requirement to each perk.
For example:
Metacarpal Mayhem requires level 50 in S6S Perks. I believe it's the highest level requirement.
With this scriptrunner, if your load order's max level is 30, it will be changed to 30. If your max is 100, it will be set to 100. A perk that is at level 25 by default in a plugin would be set to 15/50 in each of those respective cases.

Compatible with anything that doesn't change perk level requirements by script after a new game is started or a save is loaded.
