Overview:
This is a set of presets for the Character Build Preset mod. These have been built around traits from S6S Perks and Vegas Elysium, and with Sweet Perk Overhaul's changes in effect.
These presets can be used without the aforementioned mods installed! They'll just lack a lot of the flavor and build specificity provided by those mods' traits.
These builds were made with unlimited traits, which is a feature of Sweet's Simple Settings, among other mods.
Fallout 1:
Max Stone, a tough and hard hitting "Bruiser" build.
Albert Cole, a suave and charismatic "Diplomat" build.
Natalia Dubrovhsky, a sneaky "Sleuth" build.
Custom:
Hecate Dominaria, a skilled and intelligent "Scientist" build.
Jeane Downe, a talkative melee "Duelist" build.
Miss Molotov, an explosive big gun "Demolitionist" build.
To see what each build's stats and traits are, simply check the included text files or look in game.

I don't actually use these myself, and I don't plan to make any more. I make custom builds every time I play.
