Overview:
This tiny esp-free file grants a small amount of karma for sending power to Freeside or the full region when you talk to Ignacio Rivas after making your choice on the terminal.
You will receive the same karma for either choice, as I think it's left up to interpretation as to which option is the best.
This will not take effect retroactively if you already heard those dialog lines.
Customization:
You can easily modify the amount of karma granted by editing the RewardKarma 50 lines in the .txt file.

Compatible with anything, as it's a simple event handler that fires when the relevant dialog lines are spoken by Ignacio Rivas.
