Overview:
The Sink Central Intelligence Unit does restock its inventory, but only if 3 (consecutive) days and then midnight passed while you are within Big MT, but you must wait/sleep outside of the Sink (waiting on The Sink Balcony or sleeping in Higgs Village, for instance). Waiting outside of Big MT will not work, however. Also, when it restocks, it resets its caps. This will continue once you have completed Old World Blues.

This small file simply adds a button on the side of the Sink Central Computer that allows you to manually cycle it's inventory.
The main file allows you to do it as many times as you'd like, as frequently as you'd like, at cost of 1000 caps.
The secondary files allow you to do it freely, or once per day.

The placement may look strange with Sink overhaul mods, but I doubt it, since I don't think any of those move the computer at all.
