Overview:
This mod has three plugins:
Print LVLIs.esp
Can be used to print all of the contents and relevant level and count of every leveled list loaded in the game to a text file, for easy searching and reference. Vanilla NV and TTW lists are included in the download as well.
Print Weapon Values.esp
Will print the Name, Skill, Ammo, Ammo Use, Projectile count,, Damage/Projectile, Damage/Ammo, AP cost, AnimShotsPerSec, FireRate, Explosion Damage/Radius, Health, Value, Required skill level, STR, Crit damage, Crit multiplier, Limb damage multiplier, Weight, Base VATS To Hit %, Sound level, Dismemberment behavior value, Min/Max NPC Fire Rate, Mod names and effects and values, Sight FOV, and Kill Impulse into an ini.
Print Messages.esp
Will print the EID, name, and description for all messages.
Usage:
PrintLVLIS:
Load the game with the esp active.
Load a save.
If you have mods adding to leveled lists, I recommend waiting 10 - 30 seconds, to ensure all of their scripts have finished.
Put StartQuest PrintLVLIS into the console.
The game won't respond for a little while, it will take longer if your pc is weak.
Leveled Lists Print.txt will be created in your base game directory, where your exe is.
Once you do this once, this will happen every time you load a save after that point, so don't use this during normal gameplay.
The vanilla TTW and NV lists are also included as txt files in the download.
Print Weapon Values

Weapon Value.ini will be created in your overwrite directory.
You can then use Convert INI to JSON to convert the file to a json, then JSON to CSV Converter to convert that json to an Excel .xml spreadsheet.

I can't provide the condition of each item in the print lvlis plugin. There's no script command for me to get a leveled list entry's condition.
