This mod includes:
(everything is configurable in the config file)
- 0 Starting Skill Points: Removes the extra starting skill points, now everything is directly pulled from the SPECIAL stats & Tag Skills Instead, this change will emphasize your character's build especially early game. (no more 20+ points on almost every skill at level 1)

Luck has -80% influence nerf over all skills while the rest of the SPECIAL stats influence is untouched (Everything is configurable), I highly recommend UI Improvements to keep track of every skill point source.

- Game-Play Tweaks: Fundamental game-play changes.

- Removed the minimum dmg after DT reduction from the game.(Meaning no longer will power armored NPCs be killed by switchblades)

- Food/Drinks Healing Removed: Food healing completely destroys the medicine skill tree (and immersion) so now with this option turned on food and drinks only remove starvation/thirst.

Food Sanitizer: Removed the 20% healing bonus from food, but the item also grants 20% bonus starvation removal although it's not mentioned in the Game/Wiki.
Old World Gourmet: This perk is already kind of useless so I didn't touch it, prewar snacks and certain type of alcohol will heal you if you have this perk.

- Power Armors Tweaks: You can't use Stealthboys while wearing PAs, power armors should be the opposite playstyle of stealth also getting the most powerful armors + max stealth so easily is just broken game design not to mention not really immersive too.

WIP: No Crouching when using PAs.
WIP: Weapon Restriction when using PAs (ie you can't use small pistols while wearing a power armor)

- Weight Tweaks: Adds logical weight to all items that didn't have weight before and adjusts
the weight of some items for consistency/logic reasons. (Aid Items, Ammo Components, Currencies...etc)

I highly recommend you to enable "bShowCurrencyInContainers" in Stewie's Tweaks so you can manage your cap stashes (no more running around the wasteland with 1billion bottle cap).

Still got a lot of features that are WIP (portable camping gear, more vanilla ammo recipes, leveling system, Radiation overhaul...etc), I will gradually release them as I make sure I implemented them properly, also feel free to share any ideas you would like to see in FNV.
