Configurable via the included LevelUpRandomizer.ini.
General
> Opt In Requirement - Requires players to opt into the "Randomize Level-Up" mode during character creation.
Skill Randomization
> Skill Mode - Disabled | Random selection of skills | Random assignment of skill points
> Skill Rerolls - Set number of skill rerolls available per level up
> Skill Selection - Set min/max number of random skills selected per reroll
Perk Randomization
> Perk Mode - Disabled | Random selection of perks
> Perk Rerolls - Set number of perk rerolls available per level up
> Perk Selection - Set number of perks selected per reroll
> Set whitelisted perks to always show when requirements are met
