This is a fairly simple port and rework of Hellfire Leather Armor for Fallout 3.

Found on a samurai boss in the Sealed Sewers in the NV version, the Dunwich Building in the TTW version.

Why this version? The author did a port already?
I didn't actually notice that until after I'd already basically finished the port. I didn't look into it, but I can't imagine that the pipboy clipping was fixed in that port, so I imagine that's the biggest upside to this version. I also did a TTW placement.
