This is just a little esp-free ScriptRunner that endeavors to make Benny tougher in an open fight.
V2 gives Benny +P ammo and protectron DT.
V3 just switches his ammo, for use with mods which make it harder to get a powerful weapon in to fight him with.
V4 switches his ammo and adds the Quickdraw, Gunslinger, Finesse, Better Criticals, Eye For An Eye, Hot Blooded, Lady Killer, Rapid Reload, and Run N Gun perks to him. The Fort version of him is unaffected, as most of these perks wouldn't really affect his use of melee weapons, and they make more thematic sense IMO when he's using Maria and not a machete.

Benny Has A Shot - No Resist - PerkBoost
This version has no bonus resistance, and adds a bunch of appropriate perks to make Benny tougher in a fight.
Benny Has A Shot - No Bonus Resist
Intended for use with mods which make getting weapons into the Benny encounter harder, this version doesn't add any bonus resistances to Benny and just gives him better ammo.
