Change Those Clothes Mod

Description:

While working on a random mod, I gave an NPC a leveled item instead of an armor item for their clothes. I was confused at first when they changed outfits after revisiting the cell a while later, but liked the effect. After realizing why it happened, I thought it would be cool to replicate this effect on many named NPCs throughout the game. This mainly affects vendors and other major NPCs that don't wear "uniforms" (e.g. NCR Trooper, Legion, Powder Ganger, etc.) - so any edited NPCs that used to wear the Merc Grunt Outfit will now rotate through all the different Merc outfits, NPCs that used to wear the Roving Trader Outfit can now also rorate through jumpsuits, etc. Covers those aforementioned clothes, as well as Pre-War suits, Wasteland outfits, and Pre-War casualwear.

Compatibility:

Edits NPC records to make these changes, therefore will likely conflict with a handful of NPC replacer mods. I don't personally use any, but will make patches upon reasonable request.
