Description:
It has dynamic in the title, so you know its good - This mod was born out of a love for character planning and dislike for how easy it is to be great at everything in New Vegas. I had made previous attempts at adding some more interest to character building with Progressive Hardcore Needs and Progressive Sneak Attack Damage, but wanted more. This mod replaces those two in addition to new features.
Modules:
All modules are configurable and can be enabled/disabled via INI file
Lockpick - Bobby Pin health is now affected by the player's lockpick skill. Considering vanilla bobby pin health as a value of 1.0, the default settings make the player's skill equal to the bobby pin health as a percentage of its vanilla value. Requires SUP NVSE (NOTE: Currently, bobby pin health is reset to 1.0 after your first pin breaks. This will be fixed when the newest version of xNVSE releases with the event I need. Otherwise, there's no clean way to fix it)
Survival - Same idea as Progressive Hardcore Needs, but with a different formula
Sneak - Same idea as Progressive Sneak Attack Damage, but with a different formula and customizable multiplier caps for ranged/melee
Perception - VATS accuracy is now directly affected by Perception. Vanilla accuracy is not reached unless you have 10 Perception by default (configurable)
Science - Chem duration is now directly affected by Science, with default duration not being reached until 50 Science
Endurance - Gives the player Fire Resistance equal to the amount of Rad Resistance granted by Endurance
Medicine - Affects addiction chance, can also optionally be affected by Endurance instead of Medicine
Please let me know if you have any other requests! I had a ton of other ideas, but I felt that they either didn't make much sense, were messy to implement, or unbalanced certain skills. I wanted to mainly focus on creating a better balance between skills, making the choice on what to invest in more worthwhile. Currently the only thing I might implement is having karma gain/loss affected by Charisma, but I feel like karma is a useless mechanic anyways.

lStewieAl's Tweaks - Agility Scales Movement Speed, Endurance Scales Min Fall Height, Repair Scales Crafting Condition, Explosion Knockdown Avoidance Chance Uses Strength, Strength Affects All Throwable Distances, and Reload Jams Affected By Agility all accomplish things I would have down with this mod if they didn't already exist. Cap Skills by SPECIAL should also be considered essential for anyone looking for a tough character building experience
