The first ownerless trash-type mod
But in all seriousness, this aims to be the 'end all be all' of ownerless trash mods. Rather than editing or detecting vanilla containers and removing ownership that way, this mod detects any containers named either "Dumpster" or "Garbage Can" and removes any ownership from them. All done through everyone's favorite method of modding, script runner.
Why use this over other mods? Well, for one they all have plugins which is a sin against god - no mod should ever use a plugin, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Even the base game plugins should be script runner. More importantly, this also automatically works on any modded containers as long as they follow the vanilla naming scheme. If you notice any peculiarities, it is very easy to add other container names to the check.
This mod is included in Simple Worthless Item Ownership Overhaul.
Instructions
Install as normal with mod manager.
