Simple Worthless Item Ownership Overhaul (ESPless) Mod

Description:

This mod allows for removing ownership on any worthless miscellaneous items, allowing the player to take them without incurring karma or reputation loss. Unlike Worthless Item Ownership Removal, it is highly customizable and does not take up a plugin slot. This mod also includes my other mod, Simple Scripted Trash Ownership Removal, as an optional (enabled by default) feature.

Customization:

There are two options for configuration, a standard INI file and a Mod Configuration Menu which requires MCM Extender. The options are as follows:

1. Enable/disable the removal of ownership on worthless items (default: enabled)
2. Value threshold under which items will be considered worthless (default: 5 caps)
3. Enable/disable the removal of ownership from Garbage Cans/Dumpsters (default: enabled)
4. Enable/disable the removal of ownership being disabled in certain cells (e.g. shops) (default: ownership will NOT be removed in certain store cells)
5. Enable/disable removal of ownership on the supplies needed to craft Weapon Repair Kits (default: ownership will NOT be removed)
6. Enable/disable removal of ownership of clipboards (default: ownership WILL be cleared)
7. Enable/disable removal of ownership on Pre-War Books (default: ownership will NOT be removed)

There are also localization options for easy translation of the names of the Garbage Can/Dumpster containers, as the ownership removal script relies on the container name.

Beyond the INI file, there is also KEYWORDS support where any miscellaneous item can be added to the exclusions. The KEYWORD for exclusion is called OwnershipExclusion. By default, the only excluded items are caps (besides the exclusions configurable in the INI).

The KEYWORD for excluding entire cells from having items inside them get cleared of ownership is CellExclusions. Right now, the only excluded cells are the Goodsprings General Store and Novac Gift Shop.
