Features:
This mod changes the formula used to determine how many companions you can have to be based on your Charisma, with the amount of Charisma required per companion being configurable by the MCM or INI file. There is no restriction on human vs. non-human companions. The formula can be configured to either use base Charisma (unaffected by temporary bonuses) or temporary Charisma (affected by temporary bonuses), with base Charisma being the default. By default, it is possible to have a party limit of 0 depending on your Charisma and the configuration, but the minimum party size can be changed from 0 to 1 in the MCM or INI.
There is also a new perk called Magnetic Personality, which increases your party limit by a configurable amount (1 by default). The level requirement for the perk is also configurable (16 by default).
Compatibility:
This mod features automatic compatibility for Tale of Two Wastelands integrated into the main file, no extra patches needed.
Modded companions should theoretically be compatible, as long as they are set up to use the proper "Waiting" variable.

Instructions
Install with mod manager as normal. Load order should not matter, but it is always recommended to use xEdit to determine any necessary conflict resolution or load order adjustments.
