Makes Doctor's Bags behave a bit more like visiting the doctor. Plays the fade-to-black for 1 sec, advances time and cannot be used in active combat. Does not affect Hydra or NPCs.
If the combat thing is annnoying, let me know and I'll upload an alternate version that still applies it, but removes the IMOD and time-jump.
