Tweaks the Sawed-Off and Big Boomer to single fire (2 shots per clip). Lowers AP and spread slightly also. Should feel a bit more like a DOOM shotgun now!

Lowered AP cost a bit for all 3.
Fires 2 shots per clip, with half the projectiles of the original (obviously).
Spread reduced slightly, but not OP.
Made for my own use and to save an ESP slot from my old mod order
