Less Gore and (Almost) No Bloody Mess (ESPless) Mod

Reduce the chance of limbs exploding to around a fifth of vanilla, and Bloody Mess's crazy gibs to the lowest chance without disabling entirely.

Scriptrunner so should work with anything. Yes, that includes TTW (not sure why that gets asked so often)

I was using a mod that removed almost all gore but it got boring quite frankly, but also vanilla is too crazy after a few run throughs. This is a setting I believe explodes enough, but not so frequent as to be entirely boring.

Bloody Mess is madness, but the odd gib is ok so it's left in.
