Kill Flash!

A simple and stylish kill flash effect inspired by titles such as Red Dead Redemption. When you land a killing blow, the screen flashes briefly, utilising an IMOD already present in the base game.

Lightweight, configurable, and ESPless — just drop it in and enjoy.

  2. Optional flash for critical hits
  3. Smart handling to suppress effects in VATS

Ini file:

Example config:


  1. Want full-on feedback, even for companions? BLOCK2
  2. Only fire on player kills (default) BLOCK3
  3. Remove from VATS: BLOCK4
  4. Enable for Critical Hits: BLOCK5

  2. JIP LN NVSE Plugin
  3. ShowOff xNVSE Plugin

[/list]Install with your mod manager, ideally MO2.



Uninstall- disable in your mod manager. Safe to remove or add mid-save.



? Notes

  1. Designed to be clean and unobtrusive.
  2. No edits to vanilla records
  3. Compatible with any HUD/UI mods.
  4. Should not interfere with VATS, killcams, or other kill tracking mods.
