Casino Weapons Reholstered (ESPless) Mod

A simple QoL mod to equip the last weapon you had before weapons were confiscated. Works in:

1. Gomorrah
2. Tops
3. Ultra-Luxe
4. Silver Rush

The video below shows modded behaviour (in vanilla you are left equipped with fists)

Mod will

1. Re-equip your last weapon before being confiscated
2. Unholster the weapon IF you had it unholstered before

Also factors in

1. If you killed the greeters
2. If you are an enemy of any of the factions doing the greeting
3. If you've progressed the Van Graff storyline to a point where frisking isn't required

This is a spin-off from the Oliver Swanick Companion Mod and the feature will be gutted there in the next release. It was originally added to remove modded companions' weapons when the player gets theirs removed.
